PCR PROVEN HIV TREATMENT

The PCR proven HIV treatment HOO-IMM PLUS had recorded phenomenal change in DNA-PCR Antigen Test. Patients those continued the treatment for 18-24 months, once attaining the viral load to less than detectable limit and adhering to the instruction strictly, had recorded HIV DNA-PCR Qualitative Antigen Test 'Not Detected' and the test interpreted the blood sample to be negative for the presence of HIV. And so the medications were completely stopped for almost one year and again undergone for HIV DNA-PCR Antigen test (Qualitative) and again recorded 'Not Detected'. The same test was repeated for 2nd, 3rd & 4th year after completely stopping the medications and the patients yet recorded 'Not Detected' for the test.

The method for the confirming the presence of HIV antigen is HIV DNA-PCR Antigen test (Qualitative) test by Nested PCR Technique. Thus becomes the only treatment which is PCR proven HIV treatment.

HIV AIDS treatment HOO-IMM PLUS: A cure is the end of a medical condition. The term may refer specifically to a substance or procedure that ends the medical condition, such as a medication, a surgical operation, a change in lifestyle, or even a philosophical mindset that helps a person suffer. It may also refer to the state of being healed, or cured.

In accordance with the above definition, HOO-IMM PLUS is a perfect HIV AID treatment that ends the HIV infections by inhibiting the HIV viral antigen and eliminating the HIV gag (core) region namely P55, P39, P17 and HIV pol integrase P51. Thereby putting to end the course of the treatment once the patient records ‘Not Detected’ for HIV Proviral DNA PCR Antigen Test. The matrix protein P17 MA also plays an important role in the HIV-1 viral life cycle. P17 is responsible for the transfer of viral nucleo capsids from the nuclei to plasma membranes, the site of virus assembly. Thus Gag precursor P39 & Matrix Protein P17 are responsible for a redirection of the assembly process to the membrane of the endoplasmic reticulum. Thus indicating the absence in the process of new viral assembly of HIV in the body and therefore interprets that sample is negative for the presence of HIV.

Thus HOO-IMM PLUS is a HIV AIDS treatment, the only Anti-HIV drug that eliminates the HIV antigen from the body.

HOO-IMM PLUS from HOOTONE REMEDIES the effective PCR proven HIV treatment, proved in light of medical science, recorded not detected for HIV DNA-PCR Antigen test in the patients who were earlier confirmed positive for HIV either through DNA PCR test or Western blot Antibody test. These Unani medicines had recorded 98% inhibition against the causative agent HIV in invitro lab test.

Action of Anti-Hiv-Treatment HOO IMM Plus

LAB OBSERVATION

HUMAN CLINICAL STUDY

98% inhibition against the causative agent HIV has been recorded in the Anti-retroviral Activity Testing Drug Sensitivity Testing made in a lab studies, revealing the highest inhibition rate among any anti-retroviral medicines against HIV in invitro studies.

CLINICAL OBSERVATION

DRUG SENSITIVITY STUDY

30% increase in CD4 counts & 70% decrease in RNA viral load Realtime RT-PCR within first month of the treatment, and CD4 counts doubled & virul load down to less than detectable level within 3 months of the treatment in the patients possessing very high virul load counts.

MOLECULAR DIAGNOSTICS

VIRAL SPECIFIC ANTIGEN

The patients who were earlier confirmed positive through DNA PCR or Western blot antibodies test later after the treatment with this medicines has recorded 'Not Detected' in DNA-PCR Antigen test and the Sample of the patient is Negative for the presence of HIV.

VIRAL STRUCTURE

VIRAL SPECIFIC PROTIENS

In the viral specific protien study the HIV-I intermediate Gag precursors P55, P39 and matrix protien P17 and Pol integrase P51 were found to be absent in patients after the treatment. Thus indicating the absence in the process of new viral assembly of HIV in the body.

Photo journalist brutalised by LASUTH staff

A photojournalist from Leadership Newspapers, Benedict Uwalaka, was on Thursday brutalized by staff of Lagos State University teaching Hospital (LASUTH) mortuary for taking shots of events while the corpses were released.
Mr Uwalaka was at the premises of the hospital with his colleagues from other media house on the invitation of the hospital’s management to cover the release of identified corpses of the Dana Air Crash victims.
Mr Uwalaka had moved closer to the vehicle where a corpse was to be placed when an official of the hospital seized his camera and another one hit him on the head with a bottle.
But some official of LASUTH approached and seized his camera while some others beat him up, tearing his shirt and leaving his face swollen and bloodied.
The assault on the photo-journalist irked his colleague and they went with him to report at the nearby police station.
Returning to the hospital to collect his camera, Mr Uwalaka was hit from behind with a bottle on his head by another official of the teaching hospital, leaving him with more wound on his head and bruised face.

Worst place to be a journalist
The assault on Mr Uwalaka is coming on the heels of a report that places Nigeria as the second worst nation as regards the safety of journalists in its territory.
According to the bi-annual ‘Killing the Messenger survey’ of news media causalities produced by the Cardiff School of Journalism for the International News Safety Institute (INSI), the survey claimed that some 70 journalists and support staff were killed while on assignment in the first half of the year 2012 alone.
15 of them were confirmed dead between January and June in Syria where a bloody civil war has raged on, while in Nigeria, seven journalists were said to have been killed in bomb attacks carried out by fundamentalist sect Boko Haram.
Other countries listed after Nigeria are Brazil, Somalia, Indonesia, where five journalists died in a plane crash, and Mexico.
The toll compares with 124 for the whole of 2011 and 56 for the first seven months of last year. And 70 may be a conservative figure as INSI has recorded the deaths of an additional 30 news people where it was unclear whether the killings were related to their work, the INSI reported.
“Journalists are more than ever in the cross-hairs of the enemies of freedom,” said INSI Director Rodney Pinder.
“Despite some encouraging international political moves to halt the murder, the gun and the bomb remain the favoured method of censorship in far too many countries.
“Each and every killing chokes the free flow of information without which free societies cannot function.”
